[00:00:22] Natalie: Your fears, your frustrations, your ups, your downs, and I think that there's a way that you can vent to intentionally release negative emotions, frustrations or stress as opposed to other people who vent just to hear themselves talk because they enjoy complaining. So don't do that one. But if you are, if you are worked up or, you know, you feel dysregulated, you feel frustrated, you feel overwhelmed, talk it out.
[:[00:01:16] Natalie: We trust that they can hold space for us as we release. Whatever it is now don't go, you know venting to someone who's also going to start complaining And then it just becomes a complaint fest back and forth like that's not the goal. You just want to vent to be able to release it Hopefully that person can even encourage you or give you advice or guidance And if not, maybe they can at least say okay, I received that energy.
[:[00:02:05] Natalie: Um, I believe the word is ruminate like those thoughts ruminate in our head and. They grow bigger and bigger and bigger. But if we could just get it out and just release it, a lot of times you would never even think of the situation again. You would just move on in life.
