[00:00:21] Natalie: And this might be true, but it doesn't mean it's always true, and it doesn't mean it's forever true. As an example, a teacher might say, Okay, I'm destined to teach kids. I'm destined to make an impact in the lives of young people. A nurse might say, I'm destined to provide health care to patients. A doctor might say, I'm destined to provide health care for patients.
[:[00:01:04] Natalie: Who they are as a person becomes doctor, nurse, etc, etc. And they can't see outside of that. And so Why this becomes a problem is if for any reason that person decides they are no longer fulfilled in that role or they don't enjoy it or they want to try something new, they have a really hard time even taking action to look for other opportunities and consider what might be possible because that's all they've ever known.
[:[00:01:49] Natalie: But I'm here to tell you that that's not true. Because your purpose is attached to you. You the being, you the person. So whatever your name is, your purpose is attached to you. My name is Natalie, and my purpose is within Natalie. Not Natalie as the teacher, Natalie as the person. And once you realize that your purpose is attached to you, it gives you freedom, freedom to explore different careers, different opportunities, different passions, different goals, and also understand that there might be seasons.
[:[00:02:56] Natalie: We're seeing that in the world today. There are so many possibilities for career changes, industry changes, field changes, for entrepreneurship, for collaborations, for content creation, for influencing. There is just so much and anything you want to do, most likely YouTube can help you get started. We would have never imagined some of the jobs that exist today.
[:[00:03:58] Natalie: Especially because in the public eye, these careers are regarded very highly. if you're a teacher or a nurse, you know, you're regarded really highly in society.
[:[00:04:48] Natalie: And so I want you to think about the ways that you can take action on the different callings and interests, passions, and pursuits that are in your head. I want you to go deep in your heart, and I want you to think about what are the things that I enjoy?
