[00:00:20] Natalie: Because think about it, you wouldn't be jealous of something that turns you off. You wouldn't be jealous of something. that you don't want to aspire to or that you don't want to have. And so sometimes when you're thinking about, well, how do I go about achieving what I want? I don't even know what I want.

[00:01:10] Natalie: That shows you if you feel that jealousy and, and, so I want you to pay attention to how much you feel the jealousy. If you feel only a little bit, okay, it might not be something you want a lot. Maybe it's like, Number one or number two, but if you feel a deep sense of jealousy like to the point where you're like, ah Screw you or you roll your eyes or you somehow have like an emotional physical Response that lets you know, you actually want that thing a lot So now it becomes a number 10 or number 9.

[00:02:09] Natalie: There's lots of things you can do, I'd create a vision board and I'd have myself sitting in first class on that vision board and I'd start to research the prices. How much do first class seats cost in the first place so that you can get an idea, start putting it in your radar.

[00:02:49] Natalie: Or maybe you want a new job. You're just completely fed up with the job that you have.

[00:03:13] Natalie: Think of it as something that can motivate you to take action based on the things that you truly desire that you might not even recognize at the forefront. But deep down, your intuition is speaking to you. Until next time, continue to serve yourself, your loved ones, and your communities from a full cup.
