[:

[00:00:23] Natalie: I kind of touched on a lot of things to be honest. And the two panelists one was Pollyanna Reed. She's a celebrity ghostwriter. She has her own agency. And the other was Sophia Aguilar, who's a marketing content creator. And during the event, The Q and a, somebody asked a question about what do you do when you feel stuck and you're lost.

[:

[00:01:08] Natalie: Now, Sophia is a Christian, and so she said she was going to give a faith based answer and a non faith based answer. She gave her two answers and in her faith based answer She was sharing that you know as someone who believes in God She really feels God is who provides her Clarity in life and just kind of the motivation to keep going because she felt very lost in life and she was just unsure of Her next step, but when she found God now, she has this peace and this assurance as she's moving through life And then her non faith answer,

[:

[00:02:00] Natalie: So I love your boldness to give that kind of answer. And she actually shared and she said, you know, I wish that when I was in college or when I was starting out my entrepreneurship journey, somebody would have told me about the impact of faith, believing in God, trusting in God. Nobody was presenting faith to her as an option. Everybody was talking about networking, working on your money, building your business, your career. And she's like, that's all great and dandy, but she needed something more. She needed something deeper to meet her where she was at in her life. And the only thing that could do that was faith in her relationship with God.

[:

[00:03:07] Natalie: God was the only one I could rely on. And it was my faith in God that pulled me through because it was just a belief in something greater than myself. And I get it. Not everybody who's listening to this podcast believes in God, or even believes in faith. And that's completely fine.

[:

[00:03:48] Natalie: Fully authentically and if that means including your religion including your faith or your beliefs or to be frank Maybe you're the opposite and you're agnostic and don't have any beliefs Whatever it is. You should be able to bring all of those sides of you to the table And so, you know for me I think that faith can really anchor you and just give you something to cling to. So I want to make sure that even on my podcast, I want to do a better job of letting people know just how important that is and how it can be an option. And spirituality is actually one of the 12 pillars of wellness

[:

[00:04:44] Natalie: But I know the difference that having faith and believing in God has made in my personal life and I am hopeful that You know, maybe it'll make a difference for you to., you know, I think that we all are searching for something greater and deeper. And I think that we were created for that. And so I think if you can just honor that, it can be really rewarding.

[:

[00:05:19] Natalie: It's real. And so, if it's real to you, or if it's real to those people, then it deserves to be talked about in all spaces, not just certain spaces. Until next time, continue to serve yourself, your loved ones, and your communities from a full cup.
